No. We build sustainable habits around your lifestyle and cultural food preferences. There are no rigid rules — just a framework rooted in whole foods, Ayurvedic principles, and what actually works for your body. You’ll never be asked to give up your mum’s cooking.

Is this suitable for vegetarians and vegans?+

Absolutely. All meal plans are fully customized to your dietary preferences, whether you’re vegetarian, vegan, Jain, halal, or any other pattern. South Asian cuisine is inherently rich in plant-based options, and we build on that strength.

What if I travel frequently?+

Your program adapts to your schedule. We build travel-friendly meal options, portable workout alternatives, and strategies for navigating restaurants and social eating without falling off track. Check-ins account for travel weeks too.

How is this different from seeing a dietitian?+

MVMNT Wellness provides holistic wellness coaching and nutritional guidance, not medical nutrition therapy. Alesha is a certified wellness coach, not a licensed dietitian or medical professional. Our approach complements medical care — we focus on lifestyle, habits, and ancestral wisdom alongside modern science. Always consult your physician for medical concerns.

How soon will I see results?+
