MVMNT Wellness ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information when you use our website and coaching platform.

Information We Collect

Account information: Name, email address, and password when you create an account.

Health and wellness data: Information you voluntarily provide through intake forms, check-ins, and coaching interactions, including health goals, dietary preferences, health conditions, fitness data, and lifestyle information.

Usage data: Information about how you interact with our platform, including pages visited and features used.

Payment information: Billing details processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store credit card numbers directly.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely for the purpose of providing personalized wellness coaching services. Specifically, we use your data to: create and manage your account, personalize your coaching experience, generate progress reports, communicate with you about your program, and improve our services.

We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our platform:

Supabase: Database hosting and authentication. Data is stored securely with row-level security.

Google OAuth: Optional sign-in method. We receive only your name and email from Google.

Vercel: Website hosting. No personal data is stored on Vercel's servers beyond standard web server logs.

Anthropic (Claude AI): Used to generate personalized coaching reports. Your data is sent securely and is not used by Anthropic to train their models.

Your Rights

You have the right to: access all personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your account and all associated data, export your data in a portable format, and withdraw consent for data processing at any time.

Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for service improvement.

GDPR Compliance (EU Users)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Our legal basis for processing your data is your explicit consent, provided when you create your account and submit health information.

CCPA Compliance (California Users)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect about you, request deletion of your personal information, and opt out of any sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
