Growing up immersed in South Asian culinary traditions, I witnessed how food was more than sustenance — it was medicine, ritual, and connection. That foundation sparked a lifelong pursuit of understanding how we can honour ancestral wisdom while embracing what modern science teaches us about the body.
MVMNT Wellness was born from the belief that true well-being is not found in restriction or trends, but in the rhythms that have nourished communities for generations — adapted for the way we live today.
